Kim Lanagan is the absolute best!
I have been in Real Estate for 10 years and out of every lender I have ever done a deal with there is only one that I would put my total faith into for making sure it closed without incident Kim Lanagan! Met her on a deal I couldn’t get done it was a very complicated VA Loan she not only got the loan to close she took a deal that was dead on the side of the road and cleared me to close 14 days later. Let’s just say in the words of Jerry McGuire she had me at hello and she has been my primary lender ever since. When I see her name on the other side of a transaction it’s a green light on that offer because I know that buyer is going to close the transaction out. The peace of mind that gives me as listing agent can’t be put into words. It’s always about minimizing risk for the Seller and Kim time and time again outperforms the competition. What else can I say looking for a great lender that will pick up the phone anytime of the day to run numbers? Need someone that takes the stress out of a deal? This is like having an Ace like Pedro Martinez on the hill that gives you an incredible chance to win every game. 5 Stars don’t do quite some up what she brings to the table!

Just a quick note of support for Mortgage Unity and Michael Flanagan. My financial advisor suggested I get a mortgage as part of my strategy. As a self-employed person I knew if wouldn’t be easy, and started the process with a traditional bank. After a month or so of repeated requests for more documentation, I through my hands up in the air and decided to pass on a mortgage…it was just too hard.
